Orders

We offer free ground shipping for all US orders over $150 before taxes, after discount. Canada and expedited shipping methods are available for an extra fee.

Products that are in-stock and are not on a pre-order or backorder status, will ship within 24 business hours of the order being placed. Orders placed before 8am MST will ship the same day, orders placed after 8am MST will ship the following business day.

Typically orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.

From time to time, Avec may offer sales and discounts automatically or via a "promo code". Discounts may not be combined including with other "promo codes", are valid only on full-priced items unless stated otherwise, may not be used on any items that are marked as “Final Sale” unless stated otherwise, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Discounts and "promo codes" are subject to change at any time for any reason. Discounts offered on "Bundle" products will not qualify for additional discounts.

All orders, except "final sale" items are eligible for a return within 30 days of the order shipment. All returns are subject to a $10 return processing fee, per return. Return shipping is free, provided that the Product being returned is located in the United States (not including US territories).

You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment. If the product has been shipped, you’ll no longer be able to cancel your order and must instead process a return request, subject to a $10 return handling fee.

Please contact us ASAP for any cancellation requests.

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to modify the items in your order. If the order has not been fulfilled (shipped) yet, we should be able to help update the order in our system! However, if your order has already been fulfilled, you will need to initiate a return.

Shipping

At this time we only ship internationally to Canada addresses. Canada shipments are subject to additional taxes and duties collections, as well as any return shipping costs associated with the return of your order.

Returns / Exchanges

All orders are eligible for a return within 30 days of the order shipment.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a $10 return processing fee, per retrun. Return shipping is free, provided that the Product being returned is located in the United States (not including US territories).

If you want to return or exchange a Product within the applicable Product’s Trial Period, please visit the Returns & Exchanges portal.

Please follow the instructions and confirm the return or exchange. After confirmation, you will receive an e-mail containing a complimentary return shipping label for you to apply to the box as well as a return receipt.

Please place the Product(s) you would like to return, along with the return receipt, in the box, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop off the box at your nearest carrier location. All returns must be delivered to UPS or Postal Service (per applicable label) prior to the expiration of the applicable Product’s Trial Period.

The following conditions apply to Product returns or exchanges:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment.
  • Returns must be post marked with the carrier within 30 days of return initiation.
  • Products must be in a donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odors).
  • Products may not be returned from outside the United States or Canada.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the return is dropped off at the carrier correctly by obtaining a return shipping receipt
  • Customers may return or exchange a maximum of two (2) of each particular Product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address (i.e. please try a Product first—we are happy to send you more later!)
  • If at least one of a particular Product type is returned or exchanged from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional Trial Periods on subsequent orders of that particular Product (e.g. if you return or exchange a Pillow, you will not be eligible for the applicable Trial Period, returns, or exchanges on future Pillow orders).
  • If the incorrect item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the correct item, as well as the shipping cost if you want the incorrectly returned item sent back to you.
  • On occasion, Avec may offer additional Shop Now credit in the event of an exchange. Additional Shop Now credit only applies to a new order equal to or more than the returned item(s) purchase price. If using the Shop Now credit for an item on sale, we will apply the greater amount of either the sale discount or Shop Now credit, not both.

Avec will process a refund within 72 hours of receipt of the product. If the product is not delivered, Avec will not issue a refund until it has been received, so please remember to get a receipt confirming drop off of the return with the carrier.

Refunds are processed onto the original form of payment. Avec is unable to refund Visa gift cards and only offer the refund amount in the form of store credit.

Payments / Promotions

We accept all major credit cards, as well as flexible financing options through third-party providers such as Shop Pay Installments.

We do not accept any cash, or check payments.

At this time, our system can only accept one form of payment per purchase. In order to use both a third-party gift card and credit card on your order, you can purchase a Avec gift card with the Amex or Visa gift card, and then apply the Avec gift card at checkout.

Warranty

Your new Avec Products are covered by a 60 day limited warranty from the date the order is shipped.

This limited Product Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any product who is located in the United States (not including US territories) or Canada. The limited Product warranty does not extend to customers who purchased their products through Avec’s trade program and use those products for commercial purposes (for example, in a hotel or store).

All Avec warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Product is owned by the original purchaser of the Product. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Product Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Product from Avec or a Avec authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Avec limited warranties are not transferable.

This limited Product Warranty applies to Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This limited Product Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
  • Personal or comfort preference.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the product, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains (including bleach, discoloration, fading, or color bleeding); provided that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage or normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store
  • Damage caused by not following the care instructions
  • Damage caused by your mattress, the mattress cover, or other bedding

In the event of a Defect, Avec’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Product Warranty will be, at Avec’s option, to provide a replacement Product, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” in our terms & conditions.
